01 · The Operator
Operator First,
Advisor Second
Fifteen years of making payroll before I advised anyone. I have taken down malls and power plants, run a dairy farm, built manufacturing lines, and fought fires in Missouri. Then private credit and software, and now AI systems I build myself. Different industries, same job: find the part that is failing and fix it.

02 · Where I Step In
How I Step In
Growth & Turnaround
Scale or restructure. I stay past the decision, where most of these go wrong.
Operations & Process
Find what is costing more than it should. Then fix it.
AI Strategy & Guidance
Pick the tools and get people using them. Most AI projects die after the demo.
Capital & Deal Support
Raises and exits. Catching the term that reads fine and is not.
Network & Introductions
Investors and operators, introduced only when I would put my name on it.
Change Management
A new structure without losing the people you need.
Free, 30 minutes, with me.
03 · Field Notes
Where the Introductions Come From
Fifteen hundred events. The network my introductions come from.

Common Questions
Is this traditional consulting?
No deck at the end. I work next to the decision and I am there when it gets made.
What does the AI work look like?
Usually the tools were already bought and nobody uses them. The job ends when AI runs in the business on an ordinary week.
Why hire one person instead of a firm?
One senior person on the problem instead of a partner who sells it and three juniors who bill it.
How much does it cost?
The Two-Day Read is $9,500 on-site, credited in full if we continue. The retainer is $25,000 a quarter, and you can cancel at the end of any quarter.
Can I just pick your brain?
No. Free advice gets treated as worthless. Book the intro call; thirty minutes tells us both whether there is a fit.
Why are your clients anonymous?
Nobody announces a turnaround or a raise while it is happening. Names stay out of it, yours included.

A Short Client List.
On Purpose.
I take a few engagements a year. The intro call is free and easy to get; thirty minutes tells us both whether there is a fit.
The 2 a.m. window. Still lit.
